Frequently Asked Questions
Is there childcare?
Yes! There will be NonaKids classes for children 8 weeks through 5 years of age. Children older than 5 are invited to attend service with their families and will need a seating reservation.
When should I arrive?
The auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to the start of service for those pre-registered. All remaining seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the start of the service.
What can I expect at a Nona Christmas Service?
You can expect about an hour long service filled with Christmas carols, a candle-lighting experience and powerful message. After the service there will be fun games and holiday treats for the whole family.
Where will the service be held?
All of our services will be held at the Narcoossee Campus (255 S. Narcoossee Road), so our entire community can worship together. There will NOT be Christmas Services at the Moss Park Campus.
What if the service I want to attend is full?
We would ask that you consider attending a different service time and check back, as seats may open as Christmas approaches. While we strongly encourage pre-registering, any extra available seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the start of each service.
Will there be Spanish translation available?
Yes! We are excited to offer simultaneous translation at ALL of our Christmas Eve services this year! Our guest services team will be happy to help get you set up to listen in Spanish.
