NonaTransitions is a 12-18 month residential program for
young women who fit the following qualifications:
18-24 years old
Aging out of Foster Care
No Criminal Record
Have a work or residence connection to Orange or Osceola County
Have an ability and strong desire for gainful employment
No active substance abuse
Willing to adhere to house rules and program requirements
